Farkle Online is a free browser game. You can play as a guest or with an account.
Rules presets, features, and availability may change. The game is provided as it is at the time you use it.
Creating an account requires a working email address, a nickname that follows the site rules, and acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Play honestly. Cheating, using automation to farm wins, harassing other players, and disrupting tables are outside these terms.
Chat, nicknames, and direct messages must stay lawful and respectful.
Moderators may remove messages, decline reports, and ban accounts from messaging, playing, or reporting. A ban can be temporary or last until it is lifted.
You keep ownership of the text you send, including chat and nicknames.
You give Farkle Online permission to store, display, and moderate that content so the game can run, including showing it to other players at your table or on your friend list.
The site design, text, and software belong to the operator or its licensors.
Farkle is a traditional dice game. The name Kingdom Come: Deliverance, and the game it comes from, belong to their owners. Farkle Online is an independent fan site: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Warhorse Studios or Plaion.
Ads and measurement may come from Google. Session replay may come from Yandex if you allow it. Those companies have their own terms.
The Privacy Policy explains what they receive.
To the extent the law allows, the game is provided without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free play.
To the extent the law allows, Farkle Online is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the site. These terms do not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You may stop using the site at any time and ask for your account to be deleted through the contact form.
An account that breaks these terms may be suspended or closed. The service may also stop.
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Courts of that country may hear disputes. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.
